Just finished reading...
"The Urban Hermit" by Sam MacDonald. It tells the story of a journalist who mired in debt and vastly overweight puts himself on a budget of 8 dollars a week and 800 calories a day in an effort to save money. His diet consists mainly of tuna sandwiches, hardboiled eggs, lentils, and for a short time cabbage. The money saved on food funds his adventures in Bosnia and in Montana at a Rainbow Gathering, while waiting on a stock option check to come in. All in all a cool book and well worth reading...3.5 out of 5 stars.
